AlbumiNZ™ Protease-reduced BSA is useful for immunoassays where proteases may degrade proteins or where peroxidase or alkaline phospahatase may hydrolyze substrates.

• No detectable enzymatic activity
• Biochem/physiol actions: Certain conformational and primary-sequence epitopes of BSA are suspected allergens in human beef and milk allergies
